Ali has spent five years in the UAE building and running business systems and IT infrastructure — multiple full Zoho One implementations across facilities maintenance, tourism, FMCG trading, e-commerce and corporate services, Odoo ERP for contracting, POS across supermarket, restaurant and retail environments, and custom applications built where no product fitted.
Underneath that sits infrastructure work most business-systems consultants never touch: virtualised servers, enterprise firewalls, Active Directory, and networks supporting sixty remote users across three countries.

Questions
Yes — our clients are across the UAE, with most in Dubai and Sharjah. Consulting, systems work and support are delivered anywhere in the Emirates; physical installation is carried out by licensed local contractors under our supervision.
Usually not. Our first recommendation is often to connect and fix what you have rather than replace it. Replacement only makes sense when a system genuinely can't do what the business needs — and we'll show you the reasoning either way.
It depends on how your business runs, your team size, and your budget — not on what we prefer to sell. We implement all three, which means the recommendation follows the fit, and we'll tell you plainly when the cheaper option is the right one.
QubeXi is UAE-based: consulting, project management and on-site supervision are handled directly by our team here. Software development and technical delivery are handled by our dedicated development team, and physical installation by licensed UAE contractors under our supervision.
