Sometimes the right answer is a cheaper licence tier, a smaller system, or waiting six months. We would rather say that and lose the invoice than sell you something you resent at renewal.

How much does a business systems project cost in the UAE?
The prices are published. Implementation packages start from AED 7,500 depending on platform and scope, the Systems Health Check is AED 1,500, and managed IT runs from AED 55 per user per month. All prices exclude 5% VAT, and the pricing page states exactly what moves a number up or down.
How long does an implementation take?
A focused single-company setup typically runs four to six weeks. Multi-branch or multi-entity work with migration usually runs three to five months. The clock starts when your cleansed data arrives, not when the contract is signed.
Which platform will you recommend for us?
We implement Zoho One, Odoo, ERPNext and Microsoft Dynamics 365 and are tied to none of them, so the recommendation is made after we understand your operation, not before. Every platform page on this site says plainly what its platform is bad at.
What happens after go-live?
We stay to support it, under a written agreement. Response and escalation commitments are stated in writing, monitoring and patching run in the background, and there is one number to call when something matters.
Who owns the system, the data and the licences?
You do. Licences and subscriptions stay in your name, custom software and its documentation transfer to you on final payment, and every engagement ends with you holding your own credentials and configuration records.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Across the UAE, on site and remotely. The qualifying question is not where you are; it is whether your operation depends on technology working as one.
What do you not do?
We do not run a security operations centre or perform penetration testing; our security work is advisory. Regulated physical installation is performed by licensed UAE contractors under our supervision. And we resell nothing, so the recommendation has nothing to earn from the answer.
